At Know End Insight, our goal is to add to the dialogue without taking a side. Our aim is not to teach you something you don't know, but we do hope to remind you of something you may have forgotten.

If we look at the same mirror, we all see something different. The mirror still functions even after you've closed your eyes. You haven't changed or disappeared. 

An illusion is created by something we see, while a delusion is created by something we think we see. Lastly, the Hallucination is what we would like to see.

Children lie because their frontal lobes have not told them differently, while adults lie, because their frontal lobes have told them something they don't want to hear, but feel the need to change it to fit their fears.
The Dunning Kruger effect* should be required reading for all politicians. If you are mystified by this concept, buy a box of multicolored crayons.

Lao Tzu, the Chinese philosopher, said,

The Dunning-Kruger effect is a cognitive bias which people wrongly overestimate their knowledge or ability in a specific area. This tends to occur because a lack of self-awareness prevents them from accurately assessing their own skills.
